With the drama so ramped up in this year's Celebrity Big Brother house, it's almost a surprise lawyers haven't been called sooner.

With Kim causing mayhem in the house since she entered last week, her latest antics have taken it to the next level.


During the latest task, which saw the housemates forced to put on a Jeremy Kyle-style show, Spencer and Kim came to loggerheads.

Accusing Spencer of being nasty to her, Kim asked: "Do you think your game hits below the belt at times?

“Do you think it was applicable – you were told off for this I know – to walk past me and go to me and wretch? Do you think that’s nice? A spit and a gag actually,” she added.

A shocked Spencer quickly fired back: “You’re accusing me of spitting on you now? I don’t have enough phlegm for you! I definitely didn’t spit on you…it’s in the rule-book and I can get you kicked out the house for lying about that.”

Later on, a furious Spencer headed to the diary room to make his feelings heard and demand to see his lawyer.

“I’m furious! There is an unacceptable behaviour rule that has been breached multiple of times and you guys are allowing it to happen," said an angry Spencer.

"I want to formally request to speak with my lawyer.

We have a housemate making false allegations that I spit on her…I need to speak with my lawyer," he added.
